Recently, when I was typing into Skype (2.7 for Mac), I typoed and then added my usual 's/wrok/work/' repair reply to notify the person I was talking to I do know how to spell, and amazingly, it just made the change: It showed the text as edited above the text. The edits don't show on everyone's clients yet, but I presume an upgrade on their clients will fix that.

Robb Douglass died in april - He ran a proper old-school site on many free hosts and dial-up. In what little dealings I had with him, involving snailmail and CDs, he seemed like a top bloke. He and the vital resource he made available to us all for free will be sadly missed.
